I’m sadly moving out of my furnished flat and room, leaving my great housemates looking for a new tenant. Situated on the bottom floor of a large and bright two floor flat, the double bedroom comes fully furnished, is very spacious, with more than enough room for a work from home setup, and quiet due to not being on a main road. The communal areas include a large living room, dining room and kitchen, and two full bathrooms (shower, toilet, sink) between three (one housemate has an en-suite). The flat itself is very well connected transport-wise, being less than 3 minutes from Oval tube station (northern line, less than 20 minutes into central London) and 15 minutes from Vauxhall station (overground, Victoria line, bus station), with various other public transport links nearby. Currently a house of four guys (aged 28 to 31), who all like to socialise and work in the city between 3-5 days in the week.
