We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our gorgeous 3-bed flat on South Island Place, SW9, just 5 minutes’ walk from Oval station (Northern line) and 10 minutes from Stockwell station (Northern & Victoria line).

The room is a good-sized double with a built-in wardrobe/external storage cupboard. It’s offered unfurnished, but there’s the option to purchase some/all of the existing furniture from our outgoing flatmate. The rest of the flat is furnished!

The flat has 3 bedrooms, one bathroom and a separate toilet, as well as a shared kitchen and living space.

A bit about us: we’re Katie and Harry, both 27 and friends from Durham University. Katie works in marketing and Harry works in politics (Harry is not a straight man do not fear!!). We’re friendly and sociable and enjoy hanging out together, but equally have our own lives and appreciate having a relaxed and clean home to come back to.

We’re ideally looking for another woman or LGBTQ+ person around a similar age who’s friendly, clean and considerate, and keen for the flat to feel like a home rather than just somewhere to sleep. We both work in the office c.4 days a week and looking for a flatmate with a similar schedule.
