* Rent&bills: £962 + bills (max £80 a month, pay water every 6 months which comes out ~£90)
* Room details: The room will come fully furnished (bed, mattress, drawers, etc) except for the desk, chair and mirrors which I will take with me. You also get a clothes rail outside your room for extra storage
* Availability: move in last week of October - flexible depending on when I move into the new place
