The flat
A two-bedroom flat split over two floors, with both bedrooms downstairs and the living space above.

Upstairs: a 27.2m² reception opening onto a 12.4m² balcony that looks straight out over the Oval cricket ground, a separate dining room, a kitchen, and a utility room.

Third floor, no lift. Six minutes' walk to Oval on the Northern line and eleven to Vauxhall station. Bills work out at ~£200 a month each, including council tax, energy, water and internet.

Me
I'm a civil servant and in the office pretty much every day and out a lot on weekday evenings, so the flat isn't busy all the time, but I like to make the most of the flat on the weekends and want someone I actively enjoy sharing the space with.

I can be quite sensitive to late night noise, so ideally we have a similar rhythm of life, i. e. 9 to 5 work schedules and at the office if we have to work super late. However, I do also love to host dinner parties, movie nights, a proper party a few times a year; so I would love a flatmate who is just as excited about organised fun and having people over at times that suit us both.
