Double Room in Boys House (Oval)

We’re looking for a new housemate to join us (Charlie and Rich, both 28) in the next few weeks as our other housemate has moved for a job out of London. We are looking to do viewings this week.

We both work full time in finance / telecoms, one of us mainly works from home and the other in the office.

We are good mates and have few pints together when we’re both about. We’re looking for someone who has their own social life but also up for chilling or going to the pub.

The flat is 10 minute walk to both Stockwell and Oval stations. Tesco and Lidl both 5 minutes walk. Quiet street as off the main road. Kennington Park is 10 minutes away.

The room is available immediately and comes unfurnished but the rest of the flat is furnished. The room shares a bathroom with one other person. We have a cleaner once a fortnight.

Bills are not included. Between 3, they are roughly ~£165 each per month.

Permit parking is available if needed.
