Double Bed in lovely Kennington Flat

Double Bedroom in a 3 bed flat across the road from Oval Station and Kennington Park. It’s a nice, safe area near a big Tesco, Nisa and a range of cafes, restaurants, pubs and big park.

The flat and room are fully furnished. The room is a small double with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, space for a desk and has further storage under the bed. The flat has a large shared living room and separate kitchen. We also have a locked storage room for a few bits you might want to put there.

Current housemates, Lizzi and Nigel are both professionals who work mostly in the office. Lizzi works in food logistics and Nigel works as an Architect. We are sad to see Gemma go after 3 years living here but we wont begrudge her move to her own flat in North London.

Out of the flat, we like to see art, theatre and enjoy lots of the other cultural things on offer in London. Inside the flat, we’re social but looking for a relaxed vibe. Often tuning in to whatever is the latest tv gold, and more than happy to exchange updates on who’s annoying who at work, or whether you should buy that 50th pair of trousers from Vinted.

We’re looking for someone who likes the sound of the above, is keen to chip in to the cleaning (even though we are in process to get a cleaner) and also help with general flat admin. Ideally is hybrid/ office working. Friendly to all the Ls, the Gs and the btq+s 🌞

Our landlord is super nice and easy going, happy to help out when needs be, or fix/update anything we need.

The room is available to move in from 1st December.
