We are looking for a friendly female to move into our home. Our home is spacious, well cared for and we all truly love living here.

We are all female young professionals and enjoy dinner parties, movie nights, walks, park runs and swims in our local Brockwell Lido. We have 2 bathrooms, one with shower (next to the advertised room) and one with shower and bath. Brilliant light through the house thanks to the large double glazed bay windows. We have a gorgeous garden with flowers, plants and rhubarb growing currently. We have comfortable garden furniture, a bbq and a washing line. The house is a very short (3-4 minutes) walk to oval tube station (zone 2 northern line) and has very well connected buses also. Despite its central location the road is very quiet and residential. It’s also a feasible walk down the river into central. We have bike storage in a garage type cupboard. There is a Saturday market at the end of the road in St Marks church garden and lots of brilliant cafes, jazz bars, pubs and restaurants all within a short walk. Kennington park is 3-4 minutes walk away and is very spacious with tennis courts and a flower garden.

The advertised room has private access to our garden. It is fully furnished with a double bed, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers. Rent is £962 per month, £1125 deposit. Bills (including council tax) are £120 a month.
