Hello! Thanks for your interest. We are looking for a Lodger (Not a house share or flat share) for our large, attractive double room to rent in our Victorian house in Kennington, close to Central London. The room has recently been redecorated.

As a Lodger, you do not have to pay any extra house bills or pay for maintenance of the property, as house bills are INCLUDED.

We are close to Central London, less than 2 miles to Trafalgar Square and approx. 1 mile to Waterloo and South Bank.

We have very convenient travel connections. 3 minute walk to Oval tube station (Northern Line) and 10 minute walk to Vauxhall tube and Vauxhall Rail station (Victoria Line and Rail). 10 minutes walk to Kennington tube.

We have several very convenient bus stops about 5 minutes walk from our house, to all areas of London

We are close to two lovely green Parks/recreation spaces : 3 minutes walk to Kennington Park, and 10 min walk to Vauxhall Park , which both have cafes and opportunities for exercise.

There is a lovely and sociable weekly farmers market 200 metres away from our house, in the Church yard at the end of our road, every Saturday morning, Oval Farmers Market, which has fresh food and organic vegetables for sale as well as great coffee etc.

Room is available with no maximum period but minimum of one month letting required. Would preferably suit a professional in full time work.

£870 per calendar month INCLUDING all household bills and Council Tax and WiFi, and use of washing machine and dishwasher.

Access to roof garden and separate patio garden on ground floor.
Shared kitchen and 2 x shared bathrooms.

We will need a work reference and a landlords reference as well as proof that you can afford the monthly rent, such as a pay slip.
