The room is £1,250 per month for single occupancy and £1,310 for a couple
It is huge and fully furnished with double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers. It has a massive south facing window and door which leads to canal side balcony.

The flat is modern and bright with massive kitchen/ dining/living area.
There is an additional open hall upstairs so plenty of space.
There is a large bathroom with shower and bath r and separate WC.
Large fridgex2, gas hob, washing machine and drier, and all white goods are provided in the kitchen.

We are in one of the greenest and prettiest parts of Central London, right on the water side of famous Little Venice.
There are lots of canal walks, parks, water side bars and restaurants in the area. There is good shopping and transport links with the closest tube stations at Warwick Avenue, Royal Oak and Paddington.

The bills including council tax, water, unlimited broadband, cleaner for communal areas, gas and electricity (up to £20pppm) are included.

The current housemates Elena (Bulgaria), Jenni (Finland) and Emma (UK) are all young professionals in their early 30ties.
