About the Room & Flat:

A very spacious double room in a clean, quiet, all-female home:
• Triple-height ceilings, large bay windows, lots of natural light
• Large desk & chair – ideal for working or studying
• Comfortable double sofabed (new IKEA)
• Clothes rack + plenty of space
• Beautiful historic building in a fantastic location
• Modern kitchen (airfryer, Nespresso, all amenities)
• Shared bathroom + shared separate toilet
• 4 bedrooms total (yours included)

Location:
Zone 1 - 7 minutes to Paddington, plus two more tube stations and several buses within minutes. Safe, calm area with great transport links.

What You’ll Do (max 10 hrs/week)

In exchange for the discounted rate:
• Light cleaning/tidying of shared areas (daily checks + weekly clean)
• Occasional laundry or room prep
• Preparing the bedrooms (15 minutes), and being home for female Airbnb guest check-ins (mature students and young professionals, who are often mostly out).

Tasks are simple, flexible, and fully guided.
