I am renting it out by the room, but people who rent together will be given preference. Flat is really perfect for young professionals due to the central location: Both rooms have ample of closet space. Second room is larger. One king one queen bed. Fully furnished including linens and kitchenware, and a washer and dishwasher. I am looking for stable employed potential to be longer term tenants. The area is close to to 3 tubes stations, paddington, royal oak and warwick ave,. green and leafy, quiet but walking distance to many restaurants and amenities of the Paddington basin and Westbourne Grove. There is only one bathroom. There is a lot of demand for the flat so please tell me why you would be a good long term stable tenant in your message, if you would like me to respond. the present tenants are moving out on the 20th for the smaller room and the 28th for the larger room. I will try to hold viewings on weekends of the 19/20. electricity/gas/water/service charges included. council tax separate.
