Looking for a housemate who is friendly but also appreciates the other persons space. Must be clean and considerate. We both value the quiet times and keep noise to a minimum, especially at night after 10pm.

Looking preferably for a professional who is respectful and can live in harmony.

Must be a Non-smoker.
