Hyde park mews en-suite in a 3 bed mews house

Hey everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over the lease for my room in a lovely house in Paddington.

The house is split over two floors. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll have your bedroom, private bathroom, and large living room with open plan kitchen.

The location is super convenient as the house is on a quiet residential street, just a few minutes from Paddington and Lancaster Gate stations, and around a 15–20 minute walk to Marble Arch and Bond Street.

The house is pet-friendly and comes with a very responsive landlord who is quick to sort out any issues.

Most importantly you’ll be sharing with two girls in their early 30s. Both have busy work schedules and active social lives, so the house is generally calm and independent, but they’re also friendly and happy to chat or spend time together at home. Important to note, this isn’t a party house.
