Girls flat looking for a third fun and friendly girl to join!🌸💌

We are two girls (Silvia 25 and Ariana 23) looking for a third roommate to join us in late Aug / early Sep!

The flat: Our flat is in Paddington, a 3min walk to the station (Elizabeth, Bakerloo, Circle, Hammersmith, District, +trains). It’s a wonderful 3-bed 2-bathroom place with a spacious living room and kitchen, big windows, and a whole lot of storage space. There are many groceries, gyms, shops, and pubs nearby. The area is super safe too! From the flat you can walk to Hyde Park (less than 10 mins), Notting Hill (20 mins) and Little Venice (5 mins). We keep our flat very clean on a day to day basis, and we have cleaners twice a month to do the heavy work.

Your room: The available room is spacious with a double bed, desk, chair, dresser, and a built-in closet. It’s the biggest in the flat and it has a big SW-facing window. The price is £1225 a month with utilities of £70 pp a month. The price is rly good for the area since it is an older building but the apartment has been renovated. We have a good relationship with the landlord and received help anytime we had inconveniences. The move in date is between 22 August and 1 September.

About us:
🌺I’m Silvia, I’m from Italy but I’ve been living in London on and off since 2020. I work full time in fintech, mostly in the office. I am very active and enjoy dinners with friends, running, yoga, pottery, and taking on random side quests. I love to travel and you’ll find me often on the couch booking a flight. I love cooking, baking and experimenting in the kitchen, so I hope you enjoy a good Italian focaccia to share :)
🌸I’m Ariana, I’m Swiss and Catalan, doing a PhD in Chemical Engineering at Imperial College London. I love a good night out to dance to some good house/techno/R&B music. Recently, watching love island at home with the roomates has been a delight! I love cooking (or being cooked for, thanks Silvia!) and hosting fun dinner parties. I’m also into running, skiing, thrifting, travelling… <3

We love to have dinner and plan things together, but we also have our separate group of friends to have fun with. It’s a very good balance and we hope to find someone that can enjoy this too.

What we’re looking for: A girl in their 20s that is fun, relaxed, and social. We’re looking for someone clean and tidy that has lived in houseshares before.
