The flat features expansive windows, wood flooring, a separate kitchen with a dishwasher, washer/dryer and an en‑suite master bedroom. The room comes furnished. Please note: no parking permits are available for this address (Council Tax Band F).

The address is a 2 minute walk to Paddington Station (Hammersmith & City, Circle, District, Bakerloo, and National Rail/Elizabeth Line), and under 10 minutes’ walk to the Central Line at Lancaster Gate. Hyde Park is just around the corner.

You’d be living with a recently maried couple. We studied at the LSE and at Imperial. One of them is a technology startup founder, who spends extended periods travelling to the U. S and the other is full-time surgeon. We keep a quiet, clean, and well‑maintained home. We’re friendly, enjoy hanging out when schedules align, but also respect each other’s space. We don’t host big parties often and prefer a calm environment to come back to after work.
