Huge double room in Paddington / Edgware Road

Hello all!

I have a big double room up for rent in Paddington / Edgware Road area. The move in date would be 18th of September as I’m moving back home to Sweden.
It’s a nice welcoming house with lovely girls staying there making it feel more like a home. I’ve truly enjoyed staying but it’s time for me move home after 9 years in London.

The rent is £1200 per month and bills around (not 100% sure) £100ish

The location is very good and central with Hyde park 10-15 min walk away. Edgware Road underground 5 minutes away and Paddington 10 minutes walk.

My room is on the top floor sharing floor with only one other and the other 3 on the other floors. You’ll share bathroom with two of the girls.
Everyone is very friendly and love a chat but also respect each others different schedules and times.
We also have an outdoor garden with a dinner table and chairs + sofa to enjoy when the weather allows!
There is a washing machine + dryer and dishwasher!
Also the pictures of the bathroom, kitchen and garden has since then been upgraded and fixed to a bit but I arrived home from abroad last night and didn’t have time to take new pics, and I can’t change the pictures once I’ve posted the ad but during the viewings you will see!
