We have two rooms available in a large, 3-bed flat in Paddington. Both rooms are offered unfurnished, fit a double bed and have their own bathrooms (not en-suite, but the flat has 3 full bathrooms and half bath for guests).

Upcoming Changes: The third (master) bedroom is currently occupied by a professional in her 30s who has her own en-suite. She will be moving out later this year, at which point the communal furniture in the common areas will go with her.

The flat is a 6-minute walk to Kensington Gardens / Hyde Park and about a 5 minute walk to Paddington and Lancaster tube stations. It's a lovely area with restaurants, cafes and wine bars.

The flat is also pet-friendly and professionally managed by GMS Estates.

Requirements: Tenants must have 2.5x income or savings for their annual share of rent and the right to rent. Security deposit required. Bills not included.
