I’m giving up my room in this lovely flat due to moving in with my partner. It’s a sun-filled, bright, updated top-floor flat with three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The room is an unfurnished double with its own bathroom. I have loved hosting book clubs, galentines, friendsgivings, and dinner parties -- a lounge of this size a rare find in London!

You’d be living with two genuinely lovely women. One is a professional in her thirties, and the other is in her mid-twenties, working while she finishes a master’s. Then there’s Hadley, the resident golden retriever, who greets everyone as though they’ve been away for years.

The location is hard to beat. Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens are six minutes away on foot, and Notting Hill is close enough for a spontaneous Saturday wander. Paddington and Lancaster Gate are about five minutes away, with the Elizabeth line among the many on offer, so the rest of London is never far. Nearer to home, there are plenty of restaurants, cafes and wine bars. And of course the park -- the Italian gardens entrance is only 6 min away.

The flat is pet-friendly and professionally managed by GMS Estates. The usual sensible requirements apply: income of 2.5x or savings of 3x your annual share of the rent, the right to rent in the UK, and a security deposit. Bills are separate.
