Paddington Basin - Large en-suite room

We're looking for a flatmate for the en-suite room in our 3-bed, 2-bath apartment at Balmoral Apartments, Paddington Basin, a few minutes' walk from Paddington station.

The area is very modern and safe, with everything at walking distance and super well connected. The flat is very large (112 sqm) and also very bright and without carpet (key requirements for us). Note this is a new tenancy but we already viewed & secured the flat. Move-in date is December 4th.

A bit about us: we’re Alex and Francesco, both Italian (from Rome), and we've lived in London for several years. Alex works in investment management and is in the office 5 days a week, while Francesco works at a startup and is at home occasionally. We take the two smaller rooms, which share a bathroom, so the en-suite is entirely yours.

We're sociable and sometimes like having people over. On weekends, expect the occasional dinner with friends or football on the TV. We also travel a lot, so we're often away at weekends and the flat is quiet more often than you'd think. We're clean and tidy and keep the shared areas that way, so we'd like the same from you.
