The rent is 520pcm including all bills - council tax, Virgin TV, water, gas, electricity and wireless broadband.

There is a shared kitchen with all mod cons including fridge, microwave, oven, cutlery, crockery etc. There are two bathrooms shared between 4 people and both contain toilets, heated towel rails and each have a lovely big bath.

The flat is situated on a quiet residential street with plenty of parking. It's a 10-15 minute walk to Palmers Green station or a short bus ride to Wood Green tube. You can be in the centre of London in less than 20 minutes by train. There is a bus stop a street away.

Local amenities include a Morrisons, Sainsburys, Starbucks, HSBC, Barclays, McDonalds, KFC and various restaurants and bars.

There are 3 other people currently living at the flat - 3 female. The current housemates are all friendly professionals who are happy for a chat but also respect each other's privacy. We would prefer female housemates.
