The person will either be a student or professional who appreciates a peaceful and harmonious environment and prefers to put wellbeing, education and life as a priority. This is more of a safe haven where you come to rest your head with your own private bathroom and WC. My cats are also an addition to the wellbeing of the property and they are friendly, sweet and always keep the home filled with warmth.
