2 Doubles and a Single in House with Garden in N13

Hello,

I am looking for 3 people to share a 4 bedroom house in Ecclesbourne Gardens N13.

The available rooms are on the first floor, all with good quality memory foam mattresses . All bills included in the quoted price.

I live with my very friendly dog Indi. She is very clean and restricted to the ground floor and garden. Potential housemates must be cool with dogs.

There is one shared living room, large garden with barbecue area and off street parking. Conservatory and bathrooms on both floors.

5 minute walk to Palmers Green Overground and easy access to buses to Wood Green Tube. Lots of shops within walking distance, Morrisons supermarket 5 minutes walk.

Close to the beautiful Broomfield Park and a very short walk to the high street.

I am very open, respectful and easy-going and ideally you would be similar. Intolerant world views and extreme political positions not welcome. Cool with pets, smokers ok (420 friendly)(but only outside).

It would be great if we shared some interests and hobbies but not essential as long as we can cohabit amiably.

Bonus points if you can cook and willing to share meal preparation duties ☺
