Hi! I’m looking for a third flatmate to join our spacious and friendly flat in Palmers Green.

The room is bright and airy, located on the second floor, and comes with its own private bathroom. There are two bathrooms in the property in total.

The room includes:
• Large double bed with a comfortable mattress
• Brand-new wardrobe (updated photos will be provided)
• Plenty of storage space
• Desk
• Sofa

• Palmers Green Station – 7 mins

There are also plenty of local shops, cafés, restaurants and pubs nearby.

About us:
I’m a Turkish lawyer working the usual Monday–Friday routine. Outside work, you’ll usually find me at the gym, relaxing with Netflix, watching films or playing video games.

The other flatmate is Jonida, 33, from Albania, who works in hospitality.

The flat has a really nice balance — we’re happy to socialise over dinner, drinks or a film together, but we also respect each other’s privacy and personal space. We’d love to find someone with a similar mindset who is clean, tidy, easygoing and treats the flat like their own home.
