The street benefits from excellent transport links to central London and the city, close to Wood Green Tube and Palmers Green overground, several buses at the end of the street a short ride to the stations and plenty of coffee shops and amenities a stone throw away, including hairdresser , grocers, butchers etc. Palmers Green high Road has plenty of cafes, brasseries, Gail’s, restaurants etc

With a parking permit you may also park on the road. Parking is restricted 11-1pm to residents only however guest permits are available from the council.

The house is only occupied by one other person (only two rooms are available plus landlord who works from home)

The house is very spacious and ideal for work from home professionals aswell.

The kitchen was renewed in Jan 25. There is a cosy small garden with low maintenance and some tropical palms in the summer.

The owners and neighbours on the road have developed a great community and are respectful, friendly and family oriented people. There are two schools on the street however the noise from school pick up is not noticeable .
