Double Room in Palmers Green

Hi, I have a fully furnished, double room located a 10 minute walk away from Palmers Green Station.
 
Looking for a female lodger (single occupancy).

Room:
The room has large bay windows, and has been newly furnished (desk, double bed, rug, chair, 2 x wardrobes, bedside table, mirror, bin). A chair is missing from the photos, but it’s being delivered this weekend!
 
Flat:
You will be living with me (live-in landlord) and will have access to a shared kitchen and bathroom. This includes a washing machine and a heated drying rack.
 
Myself:
I am a 23 year old professional, also doing a Masters. I mostly keep to myself in my rooms, which are at the back of the flat, so you’ll have sufficient privacy.
 
Palmers Green:
A very friendly neighbourhood with a train station in North London. The flat is also on the 329 and W6 bus routes, which takes you to nearby tube stations. I grewup here, so can help you out if you need to find anything :)
 
Rent:
You will be staying in the flat as a lodger for £800 p/cm / £200 p/w including bills. There is no minimum stay, I just ask that you keep me in the loop.
