Double room in all-female Palmers Green flat

rent £500 a month!! MUST move in by 7th June.

hello, i am moving out of the country and i am currently looking for a new flatmate to take over my room in this lovely all-girls flat 🌸
your future flatmates are 3 girls in their 20s, working mostly from office. we are a queer friendly household 🌈

the room is spacious with lots of storage and natural light. it has a hidden sink, so you never have to queue for the bathroom for your skin care routine!

it comes furnished with bed, wardrobe and shelves. everything else in the photos is up for sale since i am moving out of the country, so if you’re interested in keeping anything, just give me a shout and we can discuss it :)

the rent is only £500 and the bills come to around £150 each month per person.

the kitchen is huge and there are two toilets. unfortunately we don't have a living room so we usually hangout in the kitchen area.
the flat is 4 min walk to palmers green station.

visits will be held in the evenings, on weekdays, and also on weekends (time tbc)— preferably as soon as possible.
