🌿 Quiet & Peaceful House

We’re looking for 2 lovely women preferably veggie/vegan to join our peaceful, friendly home. We’re a veggie/ vegan friendly and LGBTQ+ friendly household where everyone respects each other and enjoys a calm, comfortable living environment.

The house has a **large kitchen** with **two big fridges/freezers** (perfect for all your veggies, tofu, and meal prep 😍), plus plenty of cupboard space for storage.

We also have a large spare room that we use as a **storage area and drying room**. It also has a bed for the occasional family/friend visit, although it’s rarely used for guests and can be used as a communal area.

The four of us have been happily living together for the past **3 years**. Sadly, two of our housemates are moving back to Italy and Lithuania on **5th September** after finishing their studies, so we’re looking for new people to join us.

📍 **Location & Transport**
The house is in a quiet residential area, but everything you need is close by:

☕ 5 minutes’ walk to the high street with cafés, shops, bakeries, a local library, and 2 gyms.

🚆 Excellent transport links:

* Train station just **3 minutes away** (although somehow we still manage to be late sometimes 😂)
* National Rail gets you to **Finsbury Park in around 11 minutes**
* Easy connections to the **Victoria and Piccadilly lines**, getting you into central London in around another 12 minutes
* Trains run regularly (around every 9 minutes in the morning and every 15 minutes later)

🚌 If you miss the train, no worries — the bus stop is also just 3 minutes away and takes you to **Wood Green in around 12 minutes**, where you can hop on the Piccadilly line.

🌳 **The best part of living here?**
Being so close to beautiful **Broomfield Park**. It has 3 lakes, basketball and tennis courts, and lots of green space.
