Hi, looking for a flatmate. Ideally not working from home, or WFH Tue-Thu. We can consider guests but not permanent boyfriends/girlfriends please. This is ideal flat just for two people (myself and you). One shared bathroom, shared living room with fitted kitchen. There is a balcony if you smoke, however I will have to give a priority to non-smokers since I am not smoking myself, viping on a balcony is fine.
Please note, there is a wardrobe, the bed storage and also some space in the shared storage but not too much. No furniture to put - sorry, room comes furniture's.
5min walk to Park Royal (zone 3 Picadilly Line)
12min walk to Hanger Lane (zone 3, Central Line)
I have a cleaner coming bi-weekly, the pay is included in a rent.
