Room Available in Spacious 4-Bedroom House with Garden – Ideal Location

We have a large, four-bedroom house with spacious gardens and a generously sized kitchen. The house currently has two occupied rooms, and we are now looking for one person or couple to move into the third available room.

About the House:

• Bedrooms: 4 (currently only 2 are occupied)

• Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms (one with shower) and two WCs, shared among just 3 tenants

• Garden: Large front and back garden

• Kitchen: Spacious and fully equipped

• Transport:

• Bus stop right outside the house

• One stop to the nearest tube station (serving both the Hanger Lane and Piccadilly lines)

• Nearby: Opposite a park – great for walking or relaxing

Current Tenants:

• Room 1: Occupied by a young Italian male

• Room 2: A large room with a baby room attached – occupied by a young couple only,

• Room 3: This is the room currently available

The fourth room is downstairs, but it’s not in use for living. I (the landlord) occasionally visit only for maintenance or work with builders, as we are currently doing some light renovations including an extension and additional bathroom downstairs.
