- Spacious living room with 65’’ Tv and large 3 seater sofa
- kitchen has all appliances
- there’s a small storage room with washing machine etc

- Flat is only 5 minute walk from Park Royal for Piccadilly line or 10 minutes to Hanger Lane for central line (30mins or less to bond st).

- Balcony and the bedroom has a beautiful view of central London - can see London eye, shard etc. and the flat is always very light and bright

- Co-op downstairs open til late

- 24/7 Asda is ten minute walk, nearby large gym, few restaurants and a hospital/GP 10 is minute walk

- part of the complex is a private park with a lake for residents, and a bike storage room.

Me: I’m a professional who works mon-fri and mostly out. Very social and outgoing and gym often so I’m usually out a lot! I’m easy going and very friendly and would like similar people. I have 2 little British shorthair cats btw but they usually hang in my room on their tree- they’re super friendly and quiet.

I don’t smoke but I don’t really mind smokers as there’s a balcony.
