Looking for a new housemate as sadly my current one is leaving London and starting a new chapter abroad at the end of the tenancy. There will be one room available, a double bed. Rent will be £925. Photos of the room to be added on the 18th, I just wanted to get the rest of the listing up in the meanwhile because of the Early Bird function on this website.

The room comes furnished with bed and wardrobe. It’s a two bedroom flat with a lovely spacious living room with lots of plants. One bathroom with shower and bath. The kitchen has all amenities such as fridge and microwave. 10 minutes walk to North Acton (Central) Willesden Junction (Bakerloo/Overground). Very short bus journey away from Notting Hill and White City and a quick tube ride into Central London

You would be joining into a new renewal period so the contract would be for a full year. The start of tenancy date would be the 1st of October. Bills currently break down to average to about £45-50 monthly not including council tax. Council Tax Band is about £80 each a month. Private landlord, we deal directly with him and he’s great.

Now a bit about me/house.

My name’s Olivia, I’m a 27yo working professional currently in retail. I work during the week and like to travel when I can. I’m a creative individual, love to be busy with a craft project or hosting the occasional dinner party every few months. I like to have movie/TV nights and do a puzzle/board games. Looking for someone to help make the flat feel like a home, would like to share the occasional dinner/drink and a big bonus if you would be bringing more plants or decorations with you :)

About the area, Park Royal has a lovely selection of local food shops and a budding creative development with cafes and gyms. There’s a Tesco a short walk away or a big Asda about a 15 walk away. Close to a Royal Mail depot and lots of transport links. The flat is the top flat (third floor) so we don’t have to worry about noisy upstairs neighbours.
