Hello! we live in a quiet neighbourhood with a beautiful private park. We are a friendly bunch and keep a very clean tidy home while giving each other plenty of space. We have been living here for at least a year and a half altogether and get along well. We are all professionals so we are looking for a quiet tidy professional.
There is storage space under the bed (the bed can be lifted mechanically), and an additional storage unit can be included. You would be sharing the bathroom with 2 other men and the kitchen with 4 other people. There is no living room. We live in a modern flat and there there is a handyman who lives on the same floor and fixes things quickly. There is a parking spot that you can rent if needed, and parking for bicycles. Bills are included in the rent. You will get to meet us during the viewing.
