I am looking to rent out a spacious en-suite room in a modern two-bedroom flat. The whole flat is bright and full of natural light, and the room comes fully furnished with your own private bathroom.
The kitchen and living room will be shared, and I’d be happy to share the flat with someone who enjoys a friendly but respectful home environment.
My favourite part of the flat is the large balcony — it has a lovely view overlooking the lake and park nearby. It’s a great place to relax with a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.
The rent includes all utility bills, Council Tax, and super-fast broadband. The kitchen has a dishwasher, and the flat has filtered water throughout.
There is a cleaner who comes every two weeks. You can choose whether you would like your room cleaned as part of this arrangement or not (the cleaner fee for your room is separate and optional).
The location is excellent for commuting and very well connected. Park Royal Station (Piccadilly Line) is around a 10-minute walk away, and Hanger Lane Station (Central Line) is around 15 minutes away. Bus routes 226 and 112 are also within a short walking distance.
My ideal flatmate would be friendly, clean, non-smoking, and considerate. I enjoy socialising occasionally — watching a movie, having a chat over tea/coffee, or sharing a drink — while also respecting each other’s privacy and personal space.
A little about me: I’m easy-going, clean, and enjoy a balanced lifestyle. I work hard during the week and like to relax after work, but I’m also active at weekends. I’m not a party person, but I enjoy spending time with friends, outdoor activities, and trying new things.
