There is a large living room which is already furnished with couches and fully fitted out  kitchen.  The house has access to a large private garden, a washing machine and a Miele dishwasher.

There are several parks nearby and good transport links, with many restaurants nearby. The house close is close to the Chelsea Harbour Club, large grocery stores and coffee shops as well as a bakery. The house is spacious and cozy.

The housemates: 2 males and 1 female: working in various sectors: hospitality, IT, media & advertising. Everyone is professional, friendly and keeps the house tidy.
