We are a 3 minute walk away from Parsons Green tube station and a 10 minute walk away from Fulham Broadway tube station

The room is very comfortable and filled with character, the room overlooks West London.

Pricing :

• Monthly rent is £900 plus some bills (only gas usage contribution in winter)

• £600 deposit

The room looks out on the side of the apartment where you can see a nice skyline of West London. The room is filled with natural light and comes furnished as seen in the pictures

For the rest of the house, there’s a kitchen, one shared bathroom, washing machine along with other amenities.

You will be living with (Maja and myself Aljosa). We enjoy Jazz and play the saxophone (of course at sociable hours/ minimal disturbance). The vibes will definitely be uplifted during this period :). Sure to cheer up anyone on a gloomy London morning or day.

We are very clean and take pride in our home. I am also a working professional.

FYI - the room is available from around the 14th September onwards and for one individual (no couples). We are hoping that such a flat share will be beneficial for any lodger in the sense that you will not be sharing with 6+ people (the market currently is full with such listings).

Viewings:

Viewings will usually be booked on an ad-hoc basis as we currently have a lodger in the room at the moment. We can send a video initially via whats app and then schedule a viewing accordingly. Please be patient in terms of viewings as we have a list of people who want to see the property. With that being said a video viewing is always easier/quicker for all parties.

When sending a message please tell us about yourself (not just "I am interested in the room - when is the flat available for a viewing"). We would like to hear things about yourself such as

- What are you looking for ?
- Do you intend to work from home?
- If so, how many days do you intend to work from home?
- I. e Are you a working professional who wants a nice place to relax etc ?
- How do you usually spend your weekends ?

With this we will also do our best to give you as much information about our day and daily patterns. We want to make sure our flatmate will find respite in living here.

We like to have a good balance between socialising/privacy. We are warm communicative people however, we also respect people's space.
