An en suite room is becoming available in our relaxed, stylish home just opposite Parsons Green station. The house has a genuinely warm, relaxed energy.

We love cosy evenings, shared dinners and a calm space to come back to after busy London days. It’s a home rather than just a flatshare, with lots of natural light, character and an amazing terrace.

We have only just locked the place down but we will be fully furnishing the home (apart from a bed that is needed for the third room). The house comes with built in wardrobes so that is helpful and there is loads of storage in the house as well.

We are looking for someone who values a peaceful, sociable environment and wants to be part of a settled household long-term. We are sociable girls and we love to host and go out but we are not a party house.

We fell in love with this place and it is available pretty much immediately. It feels much more like a house than a flat spread over multiple floors with lots of natural light, a large kitchen, separate living room and an amazing private roof terrace.

This is the upper part of a converted house, which means it feels like a proper house. The kitchen is large and bright, there’s a cosy reception room, and the roof terrace is perfect for summer evenings or morning coffee.

You’ll be living with two friendly professionals in their early 30s.

I am a lawyer and I’m mainly office-based during the week, and Kate works in Marketing & Partnerships and works remotely a couple of days a week.

We both love to cook, so that means you will always be well fed! We also love Reformer Pilates, yoga and love a good festival. My hobby is ceramics. I love doing pottery and also love film. Kate is also super into fitness and loves tennis.

The vibe at home is calm, respectful and easygoing, social when everyone’s around but also mindful of personal space.

📍 Location: Fulham SW6 only one minute walk to Parsons Green & Fulham Broadway with great transport links, parks, gyms and cafes nearby.

We’d love to find someone considerate, warm and easy to live with who wants to help create a happy home, cook long dinners together in the evenings and watch films with. Although, we are both very respectful of personal space and making sure that everyone feels happy at home!
