Amazing place in the heart of Parsons Green

We’re looking for someone to join our spacious flat in Parsons Green. We’ve made this place feel like a proper home and are looking for someone great who’s on the same wavelength.
We’re two girls in our early 30s, easy-going, clean and respectful, and up for the occasional dinner, wine or terrace hang when the sun’s out. The location is unreal – 2 mins from Parsons Green station, in the centre of Parsons Green and around the corner from The White Horse/Duke on the Green and loads of great cafés, brunch spots and parks, but on a really quiet, pretty street.
The maisonette is set over two floors so it feels really large (much larger than it looked in pics), and you’d only be sharing a bathroom with one other.
The whole place has just been tastefully renovated, comes with A/C, a rangemaster, built in wardrobes and has a huge 50 foot terrace.
You’d also only be sharing a bathroom with one other which is barely used.
A bit about us: one works in marketing and partnerships, the other’s a solicitor. During the week we’re busy with work but try and make time to do things, we love making the most of the area – Pilates, brunches, walks around Fulham, and the odd spontaneous plan. We’re looking for someone who’s clean, considerate and wants a home rather than just a room. Someone social but with their own life, who’ll fit into an easy, friendly dynamic.
