Hey! One of our flatmates is moving out at the end of the month and we’re looking for someone to take his room.
The remaining tenants would be myself (25) and Finn (23), both of us are working professionals and spend a lot of time away out of the house but like to come back to a well kept environment.
We are both upbeat, social personalities however we respect that the home is a place of rest and comfort so prefer tend to keep a chill, calm environment.
I work in the parsons green area so am available to take viewings at most times and days during the week.
The agency we're letting from is Dexters and they have a lengthy referencing process so we'll need to have that process rolling asap.
