27 y. o. Professional looking for a new flatmate in spacious 2 bedroom with garden in Parsons Green.

My lovely flatmate is going back to the States so I’m now looking for someone who is also a professional (ideally +25 / preferably females). No WFH or students (max a couple of days, not interested in someone who works fully remotely or studies from home full time.

The flat is lovely in a great location 10 mins walk from Parsons Green station. It has two bedrooms, living room, bathroom, kitchen and spacious garden. Have been here since 2024 and love it, not looking to move anytime soon :)

Price per month: £1350

Bills excluded, they normally amount to less than 50 pounds during summer and around 100 during winter (depending on usage and council tax)

Deposit: £1355.75

Move in date is July 18, please get in touch to schedule visits ahead of the summer and send an intro message about you! I’m flexible and would love to put a face to a name and get to know each other.

Minimum stay is one year.
