Large double room in Parsons Green

We have a large ensuite double room available in our 3 bedroom first floor flat coming up from 1st September. Unfortunately our flatmate is having to move on elsewhere. We are a friendly, sociable household and have previously been on holidays together, been to festivals and frequent the pub and have get togethers on the odd occasion at the house and so am hoping for similar. We occasionally will have people over pre or post a night out, or the odd house party on the weekend, but I would not say this is a party flat as such. We have a cleaner once a fortnight.

The bedroom is large with built in storage and 2 bright windows. It is on the second floor sharing the floor with one other bedroom. You have will have our own bathroom with shower.

The kitchen is large and has an oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

There is a shared patio outside that we can access.

The flatmates: (Me) Tiffany - 34 female doctor from NZ. I am very social and extroverted and enjoy getting out and about in London. I like to meet new friends and want the new flatmate to be part of that. I would like to be able share stories in the lounge over dinner, have wine, go to the pub and be able to enjoy all London has to offer. I also am aware of the need for chill nights in and having time to ourselves.

Sasha - 28 Female from Kent working in central London as HR. Enjoys chilling with friends, running, drinking wine and socialising. Loves to go on trips away and also wants a flatmate to be a friend.

Most importantly, Piglet - 5 year old male Mainecoon cat. He is the king of the household. He is super playful, friendly and loves to meet new people. He is a strictly indoor cat and so it is very important to ensure he can not get out the windows. He is my responsibility. however I would love to have someone who cares about him also and likes cats themselves as I am sure he will pester you for food if you are around and ask for cuddles. His litter box is also in the shared bathroom so not in your ensuite. He has free range of the flat so you would need to keep your door shut if you did not want him to come in. He is friendly with other cats so I could be open to another cat (they would need to do a meet and greet first to ensure they are friendly with each other however)

Bills are not included but come to around 150 per person each month including wifi and the cleaner.

Council Band Tax C

Deposit is around 1100. The landlord is French and directly manages the flat himself.

We really want the next flatmate to be a friend not just a co-habitant. We look forward to hearing from you and will arrange viewings soon.
