Hi, I’m leaving my lovely flat to move closer to work! Sad to leave as this is a gorgeous house in an amazing location.

This is a gorgeous loft room in-between Putney Bridge (5 minute walk) and Parsons Green tube stations (10 minute walk)

Right alongside the river and Bishops Park, with plenty of local amenities, shops, restaurants, and good pubs!

Housemates are lovely and work professional roles, but we are very social and ideally will want someone who is easy to get along with and can fit into the house dynamic well.

You’ll be living with Dave (33) who is a lawyer, Lachlan (28) also a lawyer, and Ella (28) who works for a Marketing consultancy.

Bills are about £160 a month (utilities, council tax, etc.) and includes a cleaner who comes twice a month and Sky TV etc.

Room comes with desk, bed, and can sell vanity, side table and chest of drawers for cheap.
