Cosy Room Available in Fulham!

I’m sadly moving out of my flat near Parsons Green, Fulham as I’m moving out of London and am looking for someone to take over my room from July 1st.

You would be living with two lovely professional girls, both in their late twenties. A bit more about them; friendly, easy going and clean. We’re a social house who love watching a movie, having a glass of wine and the occasional pub trip but also respect each others space. There is a mix of working from home and from the office.

The room is small but very cosy and comes furnished with a double (with storage!) and a wardrobe. There is also a large cupboard in the hall which available to use. There is a lot of daylight in the room so it’s nice and bright.

There are two other bedrooms which the girls occupy, one shared bathroom with a shower and bath. There is a cosy living room and nice, bright kitchen. The best part is there’s a south facing garden with an outdoor dining table and sofa, perfect for a bbq in the summer!

The flat is situated in Fulham, where there are loads of pubs, cafes, shops and restaurants. We’re really spoilt for choice. The area is lovely and quiet and feels really safe. About 5 minutes walk away is Bishops Park, the river and Fulham Pier, which hosts loads of fun events. The nearest tube station is Parsons Green, less than a 15 minute walk away.

The rent is £800 a month (an absolute bargain for the area) and bills come to around £120 per month.
