We’re looking for someone to fill the fourth room in a house we’ve found in Parsons Green. It’s been accepted however we’ve had a girl drop out last minute so we’re looking for someone else. We do need to finalise by tomorrow so I understand this is quite last minute!
There’s myself who works in Marketing, Hannah who works in Sales and Josie who works in project work.
The rent would be around £1200 a month - that’s with bills and the move in date is the 22nd July.
The deposit is £1.5k which we understand is a hefty amount but this house is perfect. I can send some photos if you’re interested xxx
