Hi all,
I'm going to be travelling abroad, so I'm looking for a female tenant to take over my room. It’s available from early July, but we can be flexible with dates.
The room is a spacious double room in a lovely flat in Fulham.
• 10–15 minute walk to Parsons Green / 15 min to Fulham Broadway (both District Line) / bus stop just down the street
• 2 minute walk to Tesco Local
You’ll be living with two lovely female flatmates — one Kiwi and one English. They’re both friendly professionals in their late 20s / early 30s, and we’re looking for another professional female around the same age who enjoys the occasional chat in the kitchen while making dinner, but also values everyone’s personal space.
Rent: £800 pcm / Bills: approximately £120 per month (slightly higher during winter), very reasonably priced for Fulham.
Now it has two big desks (not shown in the photos), plus a chair.
I’m looking for someone to take over the room and take over the furniture as well. Feel free to message me if you're interested.
