Double Room Available in Parsons Green

Hi!

Sadly my current flatmate is moving out at the end of August, so I’m looking for a new person to join me in this amazing flat in Parsons Green!

• About the flat:
The flat is located in the center of Parsons Green, a minute walk from the tube station.
You have access to a lot of shops (Waitrose, Co-Op) and restaurants all within 5 minutes walk.

The flat is a 2 double bedroom with a shared bathroom, kitchen, living room and a balcony.

• Rent for the room is 1150 pcm.
• Bills not included (WiFi, water, electricity and council tax) are around £150-£200 pcm per person on top of the rent.

• About the room :
A spacious double bed room that comes with a double bed, a wardrobe, a nightstand, a chair and a set of drawers. The room is quite bright as you get the sun light from morning until late afternoon.

• About me:
I’m a 34 year old French guy who’s been living in London for about 10 years and in the flat for 7 years. I work as a boutique manager so usually at work 3 days a week and during weekends.

I’m quite sociable and always up for a chat or a movie night but also an introvert so I value my down time. I usually spend my time off relaxing at home, watching TV or going for small strolls around London.

• About you:
I’m looking for someone who’s tidy, clean and respectful. Ideally someone who doesn’t mind socialising in the living room but also has their own lives and respect each other’s privacy.
