We have a spare room available in our flat in Parsons Green. Great location, just 7 min walk from the station and near loads of the best pubs/ coffee shops !
Lydia is 26, and scarlet is 23. We both work in the travel industry. Love going to the pub, coffee dates or just sitting about and eating and chatting rubbish! We’re a very social flat but can also respect boundaries, so never judge a closed door ;)
It’s a good sized room with lovely large windows so gets lots of beautiful sunlight. Room comes completely furnished but feel free to bring anything you need. Rent is £1067 a month, plus bills which all in come to about £100.
