I’m sadly moving out of my lovely room in a beautiful 3-bedroom flat in Parsons Green as I’m moving in with my partner, so we’re looking for someone to take over my room from 16 September.

The flat is home to two lovely girls, aged 31–32, who have been living together for a number of years. They’re both working professionals and are friendly, sociable and very chill - the flat has a really lovely, relaxed atmosphere. We’re looking for another girl who would be a good fit for the house.

I’ve had the loveliest time living here and will genuinely be sad to leave!

The room comes furnished as pictured, and the incoming tenant would be asked to purchase the furniture from me for £750, including:

The flat is in Parsons Green, in a lovely area with great transport links (5 minute walk to the station) shops, pubs, restaurants and everything you need nearby.
