Room in Victorian Terrace - Parsons Green

Hey guys!

We are a lovely bunch of 6 looking for a new addition to our Victorian terrace in Radipole Road. The location is great, just off Fulham Road, 5 min walk to Parsons Green station, 15 min to Fulham Broadway with Waitrose, M&S, Aldi, David Lloyd. There are so many pubs nearby, and of course close to the PG triangle with Aragon House & The White Horse.
There is a shared kitchen and living room, as well as terraced garden that we love using over summer.

Even though the house is 7 people it never feels too full, split over lots of floors and everyone has TV’s etc in their rooms so there is a real sense of privacy and chill. We have a mix of people working from home, hybrid and travel for work. Everyone loves to travel and weekends away and busy social lives too so even the weekends can feel very peaceful.

We all have our own things going on but do like to do things as a house - BBQ’s, pub trips, gigs, events, hot gal coffee walks, movie nights, Sunday roasts, cinema trips and would love an addition to the house who would be keen to get stuck in and loves to organise things and get involved.

Everyone is chill, tidy and considerate, so we would like someone who is going to bring that same energy.

Your room is up 1.5 flight of stairs, comes with double bed (comfy mattress), bedside table, wardrobe, drawers and there is room for a desk.
The bathroom is shared between either 2/3 people depending if you are girl or guy.

We currently have 2 girls and 4 guys aged 25-34, we would ideally like a girl to even out the house and also someone who is hybrid working to keep the bills at the same cost.

The house is managed through an estate agent so this is the key info:
The start date for the room is the 1st October
The monthly fee for the room will be £1086.31
The deposit will be £1250.00 (they would need to pay £250.00 of this to secure the room and start the application process).

We will be doing viewings on Sunday 6th & Sunday 13th or during the day in the week.
