Light, loved home near Fulham Bway & Parsons Green

Hello! I'm Alex, I own a Maisonette on a beautiful residential street between Parsons Green and Fulham Broadway (both less than 10min walk away). It's a quirky space with a spiral staircase (think Princess Diaries), lots of natural light, and a cute patio perfect for a bit of sunbathing or an evening drink.

The room is on the basement floor, but still gets good natural light as it has french doors with its own little patio. There is good built-in cupboard space, and is furnished with a double bed. You would be sharing a bathroom with one other woman, Rhyver. We have a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

I will be away for 9 months so you would just be sharing with two amazing women - Sahjal and Rhyver. Both super lovely, fun, and easy to get along with. Sahjal works at a shop not far away and Rhyver is doing a BA in Acting.

The home is very loved and I am looking for someone friendly and respectful who will also love it, look after it, and get on well with Rhyver and Sahjal.

Bills are not included, they are roughly £105-130 per month. This includes gas/electricity, council tax, water, and tv licence. Room is £900 per month.

The room is available from 10th October.
