Lovely Double Room in Parson’s Green ⭐️

I am moving out of my lovely all-girl house in Parsons Green. The room will be available from late November, though willing to negotiate on the exact date 🙂

We are looking for a girl aged 24-30 ideally who is available to view asap as the letting agent is keen to get the paperwork started for the contract change.

🏠 The House:

- 5 bed, 5 bathroom so you will rarely need to fight for the shower.
- Has a really spacious living room, and kitchen, as well as a balcony which is great for summer time.
- 7 minute walk from Parsons Green station, about 30 mins into central on the district line.
- Near a Tesco Express, M&S, Waitrose, Co-op, Sainsbury’s Local and an Aldi if you walk a bit further.
- Also very close to the Little Blue Door and the Sloaney Pony 🪩 as well as loads of very cute cafes and restaurants!

🛏️ The Room:

- Double room, and really spacious with sooo much storage!
- Technically comes unfurnished, but you are welcome to buy the furniture in the room off of me. (I bought it off the previous tenant)
- £896 a month + bills which usually come to around £100 a month.

💃The Housemates:

- You will be living with 4 other ladies aged 25-29, all working in London in recruitment, consulting and TV, some of whom work from home occasionally, and some who don’t.
- The house is a nice friendly calm atmosphere - we don’t tend to host parties but love the odd drink/meal!
